Why do you enjoy SpinAddikts?
SpinAddikts is quite honestly addictive. It is excellent exercise, and more intense and focused than any other cycling class I have ever done. It is the only substitute that I have found for running, and I get the same ‘high’.
Is Frances also your personal trainer? If so, how has she helped you to achieve your fitness goals?
Frances goes the extra mile, more so than anyone else. She is a superb trainer / coach in all respects. I cannot recommend her more highly, both professionally and personally.
