Why do you enjoy SpinAddikts?
Frances is an excellent teacher. She really motivates you and pushes you to work hard. The classes are challenging and stimulating. Frances’ athletic experience is reflected in the way she structures the class, she enables you to achieve your maximum fitness potential in the duration of an hour/ an hour and a half. The music is wonderful and the class atmosphere is vibrant and energetic!
