Why do you enjoy SpinAddikts?

I have taken spinning classes in various cities around the world and have enjoyed SpinAddikts the most due to the level of intensity and training it offers.  Frances is so keen to ascertain that we are all doing our best, is usually extremely well prepared to facilitate a workout that enables us to maximize our workout.  Frances knows each ‘SpinAddikt’ personally and knows everyone’s fitness levels and has high expectations from each of us.  Her belief in us enables us to push ourselves and achieve new thresholds constantly.  For a person who has a busy professional life that includes a lot of travel, I couldn’t have found a better way to stay fit in spite of a really hectic schedule.

Is Frances also your personal trainer? If so, how has she helped you to achieve your fitness goals?

Yes, I have been training with Frances privately since Jan. 2012. Before I started training with Frances last year , I was getting worried that I may not be able to achieve my personal fitness goals. Since starting my workout regimen Frances, I feel that she is able to take care of my fitness needs holistically. Not only have I not gained any more weight since I started my one-on-one training sessions with Frances, I feel more fit and confident in my ability to maintain my fitness level. Frances always shows up to the sessions with a commitment to give me her best effort, and often has more confidence in me than I even do myself. She expects me to match her effort. This always results in a highly satisfactory session that always raises the bar for fitness. She is the best personal trainer I have had thus far!
