Why do you enjoy SpinAddikts?
As a self-confessed endorphin junkie, SpinAddikts is the ultimate hit! Bored to tears of regular spin classes and seeking a higher intensity workout, I was fortunate to discover SpinAddikts and am now truly addicted! Frances is the complete instructor, always providing an intense class incorporating a variety of drills, high cadence and sprints accompanied to a banging music set. Never boring or predictable, she continually monitors the class and ensures each spinner attains the maximum workout commensurate to their stage of training or goals. I love the extended endurance classes, so much so I have talked Frances into holding the inaugural non-stop 3 hour in 2012 & I cannot wait!
