Why do you enjoy SpinAddikts?
The sessions at SpinAddikts are the most physically intense hours of my week and are on a wholly different level to any other spin classes I’ve attended, there simply is no comparison. An incredible workout that leaves you as exhilarated and joyous as it does drained. Frances expertly manages a diverse and lively group of spinners manipulating the tempo and rhythm of the session, mixing elevating up-tempo tunes and compelling you to push yourself further and harder. I simply am unable to contemplate missing a session. Truly addicted!!!
